The service is provided by Volodymyr, Poland, Warsaw; contact: hello@lokumetr.pl. By using service features you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Lokumetr collects, structures, and displays publicly observed offers. We are not a broker, party to a lease, or adviser. Data, price, availability, address, and conditions may be incomplete or outdated—always confirm them with the source portal and advertiser.

Alerts are produced after a completed, accepted scrape. They are not guaranteed real-time notifications and may be delayed, omitted, or duplicated because of sources or infrastructure. Quiet hours and package limits may delay messages further.

Favorites, hidden listings, searches, private places and Telegram settings belong to your Google account. Sign in with the same account on another device to see them. Delete your account and personal data from the Account page. The Telegram /delete command only disconnects Telegram.

Do not evade limits, overload or disrupt the service, access another person’s data, use it unlawfully, or resell data without permission. We may restrict access to protect users and infrastructure.

Listings remain the property of their portals or advertisers. Maps, routing, Telegram, and source portals operate under their own terms and may change availability. Required provider attribution must remain visible.

The service may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee completeness, continuity, or fitness and are not liable for rental decisions, missed opportunities, or reliance on alerts. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop by deleting the profile. We may terminate access for misuse or service closure. Polish law applies subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction. The current date/version appears here; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
