Map and saved apartments
How do the map, layers and nearby search work?
Zoom in to separate groups into individual apartment markers. Result counts can change with the visible area. Layers display metro stations, parks and shops; filtering apartments requires a separate proximity condition. A radius is a straight-line distance; routes and travel times are separate estimates.
What are Favorites and private notes for?
Use the heart to save apartments for later. Click the private note field or Add note to record impressions or viewing arrangements. Notes are available only in your account.
How do I see my apartments on another device?
Sign in with the same Google account. Favorites, hidden apartments, searches, notes and Telegram settings belong to that account.
Notifications and Telegram
Which notifications go to Telegram?
Saved searches track new apartments matching your criteria. Favorites track price and availability changes. Messages are generated after new data is checked, so delivery can be delayed.
Where do I connect or change Telegram?
Open Account → Notification settings. Follow the bot link and press Start to connect. You can also disconnect Telegram or connect a different account there. Email is not available yet.
What is the difference between pausing a search and pausing delivery?
A search switch pauses alerts for that search. Account settings enable or pause Telegram delivery for all notifications. There are no separate notification switches for each favorite apartment.
Understanding the price
The monthly total combines rent and known recurring charges. Unspecified costs are not treated as zero. Check the currency and breakdown in the original listing.
- Rent
- The payment to the owner for the apartment.
- Czynsz
- Building administration charges. May include advances for water or heating.
- Utilities
- For example, electricity, gas or internet. Some costs depend on usage.
- Deposit
- A separate payment at the start of the tenancy. Not part of the monthly total.
- Commission
- A one-time agency fee, if stated in the listing.
About data and prices
Where does the data come from, and what does an update mean?
Lokumetr collects and organizes property portal listings; each card links to its source. It does not cover the entire market. A dataset update and the last check of an individual apartment can have different dates. Confirm availability with the advertiser.
What does above or below the district median mean?
The median is the middle of an ordered price sample, not the arithmetic mean. The card compares the monthly cost against the latest available district median, preferably for the same room count; if unavailable, it uses the district overall. It does not account for every difference in condition, area or building and is not a valuation of the deal.
What does price history show?
Only asking prices observed during checks, not the amount of a completed transaction. Changes between checks may be missed. Incomplete data means the full history could not be confirmed.
How should I interpret AI estimates and missing data?
AI helps structure listing text and extract conditions and costs. Approximate or experimental estimates are calculations to verify in the source. Not provided means missing data, not that an amenity or charge is absent. Addresses, distances and travel times may also be approximate.
Troubleshooting
Why are there no apartments in the results?
Relax one condition at a time: budget, districts, rooms or proximity. Check hidden listings and the visible map area. A loading error does not mean that no matching apartments exist.
The map or listings will not load
Choose Try again and check your internet connection. If the error repeats, reload the page. Report the issue below with the page and the action that triggered it.
Telegram is connected, but no message arrived
Check delivery in Account settings and whether the search is active. A new match or an observed change to a favorite apartment must occur to generate a message. Connected confirms the Telegram link, not receipt of every message.
